This website uses no analytics or marketing services, advertising pixels, externally embedded media or client-side profiling. Images, video, fonts, CSS and JavaScript are served locally by this website.
Personal data is nevertheless processed technically whenever a page is requested and when you send us a contact request by email.

Required before publication: The controller’s full address has not yet been supplied. It is also needed to complete the legal notice, identify the supervisory authority and finish the privacy review.
Delivery and hosting
Technically necessary connection data is processed when the website is requested. This can include IP address, time, requested URL, referrer and browser or system information. The purpose is secure and reliable delivery. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of this website.
The production domain is currently delivered through infrastructure whose public network address is assigned to Hetzner Online GmbH. This does not conclusively establish the contractual provider or physical processing location. Delivery uses Coolify and an upstream web server. Access logging is disabled in the inner website container; technical error logs and upstream-system logs may still be generated.
Operator verification outstanding: The exact hosting contract, processor arrangements, subprocessors, backup and log retention periods and possible access must be confirmed from the production hosting account.
Contact by email
The contact links open your email application with the recipient address and, where applicable, a subject matching the selected offer. This website has no contact form. You compose your message in your email application; it is transmitted to us only when you send it there.
The mailto: links pass the recipient address and, where applicable, the subject to your browser, operating system and email application. This website does not ask you to enter your name, email address or message.
Where the contact request concerns a possible contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other communications are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to messages under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients may include the email and IT providers used by you and by us. The intended deletion criterion is completion of the contact request; contractual or statutory retention duties may require longer storage. A binding operational deletion process still needs to be confirmed.
Operator verification outstanding: The contractual email provider, storage locations, processor arrangements and specific deletion periods must still be confirmed.
Cookies and local storage
This website currently sets no cookies and uses neither Local Storage nor Session Storage. No analytics, marketing or external-media services are used. Static files may be kept in your browser’s ordinary cache.
No consent prompt is therefore required and there are no optional services to switch on or off. “Cookie settings” displays the current technical status. If optional services are added later, they will not load before any legally required consent.
Recipients and transfers
Data is disclosed only to technical providers where necessary for hosting, secure delivery or email communications. There is no active disclosure to ad networks, analytics providers or social-media platforms. No automated decision-making or profiling is used.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation.
To exercise your rights, email info@alexandra-haenig.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The competent German state authority depends on the controller’s business address, which remains to be confirmed.

These notices will be updated when functions, providers or legal requirements change.
